1 Granny Smith Apple - Grated¼ Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp At Health Australia Whey Protein Isolate
tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla Powder
1 tsp Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Flaxseeds
1 tsp Chia seeds
½ Cup Almond Milk
H O W T O M A K E
- Add the oats, apple and milk to saucepan and cook slowly over low heat.
- Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and coconut sugar and stir through.
- Once the liquid has started to absorb, stir through the protein followed by the chia seeds and flax seeds - Depending on the consistency you like for your oats you may way to add a some water or milk of choice.
- Once the mixture has reached the consistency you desire (for me this takes about 3-4 minutes) serve in a bowl and top with a sprinkle of coconut sugar and fresh apple. I also add some Almond Milk to add some extra creaminess.
