I N G R E D I E N T S
- 1/3 cup organic rolled oats
- 1/2 cup organic coco quench / nut milk
- 1 scoop At Health Australia 'naturally cocoa' protein powder
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 1 tbsp organic cacao powder
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- fresh fruit + toppings of choice
H O W T O M A K E
- Add oats, milk, protein powder, grated zucchini, cacao powder and psyllium husks to a bowl and stir well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top your oats with peanut butter, some fresh fruit and your favourite toppings (pictured: strawberry, banana, cacao nibs, coconut flakes & bee pollen)
